We will begin creating your order within 1-2 days of receiving it, and upon completion, your order will be shipped the following business day, usually within 5 business days of the initial order. We will be sure to reach out to you if any problems should arise.
Within Canada and the United States, all Baarden orders are shipped via Canada Post and shipping is FREE on all orders over $60. For all orders below $60, shipping is calculated based on our discounted shipping rate with Canada Post. Simply put, you pay what we pay.
For all international orders, shipping is based on weight and again, you pay what we pay.
Please be aware that shipping times and tracking options vary, based on your selected shipping method. If you have any shipping questions, please ensure you ask them prior to ordering, as things are out of our control once it arrives at the post office.

Due to the fact that we are using 100% organic, natural shea butter, some of our balms and butters may contain some extremely small pieces of leftover shea nuts. These do not affect the quality, effectiveness, or shelf-life of your product, and in fact, they are a simple reminder of the organic, natural properties of our product.
You have the option to browse our website in either CAD, USD or GBP, but as we are a Canadian based company, all final totals (including shipping costs), will be displayed in CAD. All final charges will be based on your local currency exchange rate.
If your product arrives damaged or there is a quality issue, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve this issue. If you are not satisfied with your product for another reason, please let us know, however returns based on personal taste will not be accepted at this time. Any accepted returns will be refunded excluding the initial shipping costs (including those incurred on orders that included free shipping).
